KITCHEN MANAGER

Qualifications:

Male/ Female Not More than 40 years of age.
Candidate must possess at least a Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Culinary Arts or equivalent.
Preferably experienced employees specializing in Commissary Operations or similar capacity.
Computer Literate.
Knowledge in food costing is an advantage.
Has excellent leadership skills and has great attention to details.
Can work under minimal or no supervision.
Can work under pressure.
Full-Time Position Available.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the over-all kitchen administration and operations.
Plan, control, coordinate with Chef Partners in preparing and cooking food to ensure efficient, standardized and quality products.
Prepare daily kitchen report and send to management.
Coordinate with Chef Partners for the restaurant and banquet menus.
Supervise the preparation of food for restaurants and catering functions.
Monitor strict implementation of the sanitation program in the kitchen.
Approve market list within budget standards by minimizing spoilage.

DINING MANAGER

Qualifications:

Female Not More than 35 years of age.
Must Possess Bachelors/ College Degree.
At least 1 year of working experience in the same capacity or equivalent.
Computer Literate.
Has excellent leadership skills and has great attention to details.
Can work under minimal or no supervision.
Can work under pressure.
Full Time Position Available.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Motivate employees to work as a team.
Ensure cleanliness of premises.
Recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
Prepare weekly reports To management.
Monitor and control labor and operating costs.
