Davao Ad Spot is an entirely free service open to all private individuals. The service is reserved exclusively for personal use and must not be used for any commercial messages or promotions.
By registering with the Davao Ad Spot service, you acknowledge that all posts made to this service express the views and opinions of their author and not Davao Ad Spot’s, its employees, administrators or site moderators (except for posts by these people) and hence neither Davao Ad Spot nor these individuals will be held liable.
Responsibility for the exchange of goods and/or services is between the buyer and the seller, both users of the Davao Ad Spot service. Davao Ad Spot is not, in any way, liable for any transaction dispute. Davao Ad Spot is a free classified ad service and serves only as a venue for buying and selling goods and/or services. Because of the financial nature of the transactions, all users are required to be of legal age.
You must not use the service to post any material which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, slanderous, discriminatory, sexually-orientated or indecent; or which infringes copyright or other rights of third parties. You will not knowingly post or transmit any material of any kind which contains a virus or other harmful component. When replying to postings, you must not send chain emails, spam or commercial offers.
Site administrators reserve the right to remove any material at their discretion. Repeated or egregious offenses by any user may lead to permanent banning from the site.
For classification and search efficiencies, each posting is to be submitted under the most suitable Davao Ad Spot category or categories. Posting the same message in multiple categories when inappropriate is not permitted. You agree that the administrator and moderators of this website have the right to remove or edit at any time should they see fit.
As a user you agree to any information you have submitted being stored in a database. This information may be processed for statistical purposes or, if you have agreed to join the mailing list, for sending you updates and newsletters from Davao Ad Spot. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, the administrator cannot be held responsible for hacking attempts that may lead to the data being compromised.
